More Proof That You Democrats Are Morons

One of your favorite Democrats, a moron mayor of Bloombergian proportions, recently said:

If I had to guess 25 cents, this would be exactly that, somebody-Home-grown, maybe a mentally deranged person or somebody with a political agenda that doesn't like the health care bill or something. It could be anything.

Of course, politicizing tragedy and death is what the Democrats do, it's how they win votes. It's how they win elections. The play on your fears, try to divide us and turn us against each other using things like this, like race, like class and the amount of money we make. The use these things and point at any opposing political force and accuse them of doing exactly what they do themselves.

Unfortunately, most of the American voters get their news from the Daily Show so they are completely uninformed to the nuances of American politics and think everything boils down to easily digestible nuggets like "abortion" or "welfare".

So, back to Mayor Bloomberg. He disgusts me. As does anyone that continues to vote for these kind of people.

November will be a time to remember. You, you Democrats, you liberals, you moonbats...you had a shot. The Hamburgler could have run for the Democratic party and won the presidency. So you got your shot...and you're going to lose exactly half-way through the Messiah's presidency.

I have just one question to ask you...once you and your kind are gone and the country begins to rebuild from the damage you've done to it. Will you still be blaming Bush?

Diecast - A Band Worth Listening To

So I'm sitting in my cubicle "working" on this Friday. I bring my awesome Asus netbook to work and use it as my mp3 player or extra browser/toy/gadget.

I have over 100GB of music (on the netbook...at home on my desktop machine I have about 1.5TB.) so I set Winamp up on my netbook, listen to sports radio in the morning when I first arrive, then switch over to music for the rest of the day.

One of the songs that played, just about 5 minutes ago was a song called 'Definition Of A Hero' by a band called 'Diecast'. Read these lyrics...

Brothers fighting everyday
Which bullet is marked for them
Your eternal sacrifice
The truest and the most noble
Fire - That stops the heart
Fire - That stops the heart

Sometimes it's too easy to forget
Those who are pulled away from their families
Sometimes it's too easy to forget
Those who will never see their families again

UNITE
FIGHT FOR WHAT'S RIGHT
You are the definition of a hero
UNITE
FIGHT FOR WHAT'S RIGHT
You are the definition of a hero

Who can swim throuhg all the bullshit
Political propaganda
Trying to understand half truths
Politicians are spreading thick
Liars - Tell half truths
Liars - Tell half truths

TELL ME
WOULDN'T YOU GIVE UP YOUR LIFE
If it meant freedom
Throughout this world
TELL ME
WOULDN'T YOU GIVE UP YOUR LIFE
If it meant fredom
Isn't that worth fighting for

I will always stand behind
Our brothers, our sisters, our soldiers

Good song. Good band.

My Excuse

I haven't been posting yet because I've been building a new machine, and semi-documenting the pieces of hardware and steps involved over at my other readless blog: http://the-sneakernet.blogspot.com/.

If you're at all interested, I could use some eyes over there. I'm very proud of the undertaking and the computer (from which I'm currently posting) is a huge success in every way.

It's a lovely machine and I'm having a blast with it.
